David J. Hunt, DO, FAAP
Grew up in Saratoga County, NY. He received his bachelor’s degree from Siena College and his DO from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine at the New York Institute of Technology, Old Westbury NY. He completed his pediatric residency at Albany Medical Center in Albany NY. After 4 years practicing pediatrics in Glens Falls NY he co-founded Toll Gate Pediatrics in 1993.
Maha Ammar, MD, FAAP
Born in Cairo, Egypt where she attended college and medical school, receiving her MD from Cairo University. She completed her pediatric residency at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia and started practicing pediatrics as a co-founder of Toll Gate Pediatrics in 1993.
Raymond Zarlengo, MD, FAAP
Dr. Raymond Zarlengo is a transplant to New England, growing up in a small community in Western Pennsylvania. He graduated from Penn State University, with a bachelor’s degree in Molecular & Cell Biology, going on to medical school at Penn State, Hershey campus. He completed his residency at Rhode Island Hospital, and was fortunate enough to be in his final year during the transition to Hasbro Children’s Hospital. He joined Toll Gate Pediatrics in July, 1994.
Roger Mennillo, MD, FAAP
Grew up in Cranston and Warwick, Rhode Island. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island and his MD from Duke University. He completed his pediatric residency at Rhode Island Hospital/Hasbro Children’s Hospital. After 12 years of practice with his father, Ernest P. Mennillo, MD in Cranston, he joined Toll Gate Pediatrics in 2008.
