Coastal365 Locations During the Coronavirus Outbreak

Starting March 20, 2020, Coastal Medical will temporarily limit its Coastal365 locations to the two locations noted below. If you are feeling ill, please call us as soon as possible so we can arrange care for you in a timely manner. A Coastal Medical doctor or advanced practitioner will contact you directly to offer advice and treatment. Coastal Medical clinicians will use telephone (voice only) and telemedicine (video) visits to provide care to you if you are feeling sick. If we determine that an in-person visit is needed, we will schedule an appointment at one of our Coastal offices. For the safety of you and our staff, please DO NOT walk into any of our offices before calling us first.

Sick?  If you are a Coastal Medical patient age 18 or older, you can schedule an adult sick visit appointment with a Coastal provider.

Call our adult sick visit clinic: 800-822-5981
You must be a Coastal Medical patient to be scheduled at a Coastal365 Clinic.
