Caasi Baima, MS, NP
Caasi Baima earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Rhode Island College and her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Rhode Island. She specializes in adult-gerontology. Before joining Coastal Medical, she worked at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. In conjunction with her current work in Coastal Medical’s Greenville office, Caasi is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Rhode Island’s School of Nursing.
Lauren de Leon, MD
Dr. Lauren de Leon attended Columbia University in New York and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience and Behavior in 2006. She moved to Rhode Island to attend Brown Medical School and graduated in 2010. She completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at Rhode Island Hospital and the Miriam Hospital in 2013 and joined Coastal Medical in October 2013.
John A. Gaines, MD
Dr. John Gaines is a graduate of State University of New York at Stony Brook and completed his residency at Roger Williams General Hospital. He is a member of the American Society of Internal Medicine, as well as Rhode Island Medical Society.
Meridith L. Malysz, MSN, NP
Meridith Malysz earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree through UMass Worcester. Before joining Coastal Medical in 2015, she worked at a subacute rehabilitation facility in Holyoke, Massachusetts. She currently works in Coastal Medical’s Greenville office.
Stephanie N. Prusko, PA
Stephanie Prusko graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences, Boston, MA, with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies. Before joining Coastal Medical - Greenville, Stephanie did a clinical rotation at Coastal Medical Consultants in Cardiology.
Ryan D. Rossi, MD
Dr. Ryan Rossi is a graduate of the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Roger Williams Medical Center. Prior to that, he completed an internship in Pathology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire.
Richard J. Ryter, MD
(1947 - 2017)
Dr. Ryter's commitment to the patients in his care was beyond measure. He will be missed.
