What is telemedicine?
Telemedicine is a service that allows you to video conference with a Coastal clinician using your computer, smartphone or tablet/iPad. Coastal patients who have a Patient Portal account can immediately begin to take advantage of this option. If you have not registered for the Patient Portal you can register or learn more on our website's Patient Portal Page.
Limit potential exposure to Coronavirus
Our office staff will be contacting patients who had in-person visits previously scheduled. We recommend conducting these visits, if appropriate, by phone or telemedicine. It's an effective way for you to receive care while limiting your exposure to Coronavirus.
How does it work?
Using telemedicine for your visit couldn't be simpler. Once you log into your Patient Portal dashboard, you'll see a link that will get you started with your telemedicine visit.
