What if I don't see my primary care practice?
Not all practices have been activated in the system yet. If your practice is not listed above, please call your practice to schedule an appointment as you normally would. If you are enrolled in the patient portal you may use the Ask the Practice feature to request someone from your care team contact you about scheduling a non-urgent appointment. We ask for up to 3 business days to respond to Ask the Practice inquiries.
What if I'm not a Coastal patient?
New patients cannot be confirmed for appointments online. However, if you enter your contact information using one of the "Book an Appointment" links, a Coastal representative will reach out to you to start the process of becoming a Coastal patient.
